1. Promoter

The promoter is Custom Paintworx, a UK-based vehicle body repair and refinishing business.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 16 years or over at the time of entry.
  • Proof of age and identity may be required before the prize is awarded.
  • Employees of Custom Paintworx, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this raffle are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Methods

3.1 Paid Entry

  • Tickets cost £19.99 per entry.
  • A maximum of 10 entries per person is permitted.
  • Any entries exceeding this limit may be voided without refund.
  • Entries must be submitted via the official Custom Paintworx website.

3.2 Free Entry Route

To comply with the Gambling Act 2005, a free entry route is available.

To enter for free, send an unenclosed postcard containing your:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Contact telephone number

  • One free entry per postcard.
  • Free entries must be received before the raffle closing date.
  • Free entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

4. Raffle Period

  • Opening Date: 1st of January 2026
  • Closing Date: 23rd of January 2026 @ 5pm
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a full vehicle respray carried out by Custom Paintworx.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

No Minimum Ticket Sales

  • The raffle will proceed and a winner will be drawn regardless of the number of tickets sold.
  • There is no minimum ticket sales threshold required.

6. Vehicle Size & Eligibility

  • The vehicle must be no larger than a Volkswagen Transporter or equivalent.
  • Only one vehicle may be resprayed.
  • Custom Paintworx reserves the right to refuse any vehicle that exceeds workshop size, weight, safety, or operational limitations.

6.1 Vehicle Ownership & Authority

  • The entrant must either be the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit permission from the legal owner for the vehicle to be resprayed.
  • Proof of ownership or written permission may be required before work begins.
  • Custom Paintworx accepts no responsibility for ownership disputes.
  • If ownership or permission cannot be confirmed, the prize may be withdrawn without compensation or substitution.

7. Included Paintwork Areas

The prize includes paintwork to the following areas:

  • Full exterior body panels
  • Door shuts
  • Boot lid and boot shuts
  • Underside of the bonnet

These areas are included as painted surfaces only and do not include mechanical or structural work.

8. Exclusions & Repairs

  • The prize does not include accident damage repair, crash damage repair, corrosion or rust repair, or structural work unless agreed in writing prior to commencement.
  • Any additional work identified during preparation will be quoted separately and must be approved and paid for by the winner.
  • If agreement cannot be reached, Custom Paintworx reserves the right to withdraw the prize without substitution or compensation.

9. Paint Specification

  • Paint colour, finish, and materials are subject to availability and suitability.
  • Custom Paintworx reserves final discretion on paint systems and methods used.
  • Vinyl wraps, specialist finishes, or non-standard coatings are excluded unless agreed in writing.

10. Vehicle Condition

  • Vehicles must be delivered in a clean and roadworthy condition.
  • Custom Paintworx is not responsible for pre-existing defects, mechanical or electrical faults, or warning lights arising from pre-existing issues.

11. Timeframe

  • No guaranteed completion timeframe is offered.
  • Custom Paintworx aims to complete the respray within approximately 4–6 weeks, but this is an estimate only.
  • Delays do not entitle the winner to compensation, cancellation, or alternative prizes.

12. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid paid and free entries.
  • The winner will be drawn live on Custom Paintworx social media platforms.
  • The draw will take place on 23rd of January 2026.@ 5pm.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw may take place.

13. Delivery, Collection & Storage

  • The winner is responsible for delivering and collecting the vehicle.
  • Vehicles must be collected within 7 days of completion.
  • Storage beyond this period may incur reasonable storage fees.

14. Liability

  • Custom Paintworx will take reasonable care of the vehicle while it is in its possession.
  • Custom Paintworx is not liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or events beyond reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that images, videos, and details of the winning vehicle may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • The winner may opt out in writing before work commences.

16. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR.
  • Data will be used solely for administering the raffle and for marketing where consent has been provided.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

17. General

  • Entry into the raffle constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Custom Paintworx reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the raffle where required by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  • The promoter’s decision is final and binding.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
